Thing #6

I went to big huge labs and found a mashup on using the trading card maker for using with our forth grade students bluebonnet books. The kids are really into trading cards and being able to make their own would be lots of fun.

  1. I think the trading card maker could be a key activity for kids. Its fun and can keep the kids interested in the work they are doing. I plan to use it next year for athletic teams. Make each kid a trading card for the end of the year banquet.

  2. This really sparked an idea for me! I am thinking about using this for the Lone Star Reading List, when they have read a certain amount of the Lone Stars they can make their own trading card (since color ink is always on the minimun) with their picture to hang up in the library!
